Refund Policy

When you reserve a session, you may pay the full package price or a 30% advance. The advance secures your date and time slot and is adjusted against the final package price. The remaining balance is payable as agreed with the studio before or on the session date.

Advance and partial payments are non-refundable if the client cancels the booking, because the slot is blocked exclusively for you and other bookings are turned away. See the Cancellation Policy for rescheduling options.

Outdoor sessions are quoted individually. Any advance paid against a confirmed outdoor quote follows the same rules as above.

If SS Fashion Photography cancels or is unable to fulfil a confirmed session — for example due to illness, equipment failure or circumstances genuinely outside the studio's control — you will be offered a choice of:

• rescheduling to the next available slot at no extra cost, or
• a full refund of every amount paid (advance, partial or full payment).

Refunds under this clause are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of the cancellation.

If you cancel a confirmed booking, amounts already paid are governed by the notice period in the Cancellation Policy:

• 72 hours or more before the session: the payment can be moved to a rescheduled date, or — at the studio's discretion — refunded after deducting any third-party costs already incurred (e.g. makeup artist bookings).
• Less than 72 hours before the session, or no-show: amounts paid are forfeited and are not refundable.

A refund is eligible only where this policy allows it — namely, cancellation by the studio, duplicate or erroneous payment, or a client cancellation outside the 72-hour window that the studio agrees to refund. Refunds are always returned to the original payment method used at booking.

Once a refund is approved, it may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Gateway charges, where applicable, are borne as described in the confirmation email for the refund.

The following are not refundable once the session has commenced: completed shooting time, third-party services already engaged on your behalf (makeup artists, hair stylists, locations, rentals), and any add-ons delivered as promised in the package.
