Terms & Conditions

A booking is confirmed only after the session date and time slot are agreed with the studio and the applicable payment (full or advance) has been received. Slots are available between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM in fixed 2-hour windows, subject to availability.

Final pricing, inclusions and slot details are confirmed by the studio at the time of booking. Package features (duration, number of retouched images, outfits, makeup and hair services) apply as described on the Packages page for the selected package.

Outdoor sessions are quoted per requirement. The studio will share a custom quote before any payment is collected for an outdoor shoot.

All photographs remain the intellectual property of SS Fashion Photography. Copyright in the images is retained by the studio unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Clients receive the retouched images included in their package, with a licence for personal, non-commercial use — including social media sharing with credit where possible. Images may not be sold, licensed, submitted to competitions or used for commercial or promotional purposes without prior written consent from the studio.

The studio may showcase selected images from a session in its portfolio, website and social media. If you would like any image excluded from public display, tell the studio before or at the session and it will be respected.

Sessions start and end at the booked slot times. Please arrive on time; late arrival reduces shooting time within the same slot and does not extend it.

Outfits, makeup and styling for the session should be finalised before the slot begins. The studio is not responsible for personal belongings brought to the set — please keep valuables with you.

The studio reserves the right to end a session if any person on set behaves in a manner that is abusive, unsafe or interferes with the work. In such cases no refund is applicable for the remaining slot time.

Retouched images are delivered within the timeline confirmed at booking, typically via a private online gallery or download link. Raw or unedited files are not part of any package unless expressly agreed in writing.

If the studio is unable to deliver images due to technical failure on its side (equipment or data loss), the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost or the payment refunded in full.

Image selection, retouching style and creative direction remain at the studio's professional discretion, guided by the brief discussed before the shoot. Reasonable revisions within the agreed package are included; complete reshoots for creative dissatisfaction are not.

The studio's total liability for any claim related to a booked session is limited to the amount paid for that session. The studio is not liable for indirect losses, missed opportunities or costs arising from factors outside its control.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
